The best cleats for ultimate frisbee?

theres no section for ultimate, so i thought the soccer section would be my best bet. i am looking for some very nice cleats. if you've never heard of ultimate, it is non stop running, jumping very high, and diving/laying out. since there is lots of running from 0 to sprint speed, to stopping again, then accelerating back again, i need a cleat that will give me good grip but will also be light. i also need a light cleat for skying people for the disc when it is in the air. and also from jumping, i need a cleat that has thick cushioning for my feet and especially my heel, since i bruise my heels a lot from the shock and impact of high jumps at full speeds. the pumas i have now are cheap and have no cushioning/shock absorption. also the grips are very wide & thick, which is pretty much only good for soft muddy terrain. i play on lots of mild to hard ground, so i need a smaller grip that digs in well. also extreme lightness is key since there is so much start & stop running & jumping.thx

With Jones gone, Barber should have a big year for Dallas. McGahee is the No. 1 guy in Baltimore, but IMO, he's shaky. You can't go wrong keeping starting RBs, but I'd keep Barber and Romo. Only a paternity test known also as a DNA test could definitely and difinitively answer the question of who her father is after she is born. 2)That raises the question of whether you should continue to care for her during her pregnancy. This is a dicey one.If you refuse her help and the baby turns out to be yours,then the guilt and ramifications might be too much for you to deal with .On the other hand if you take care of her and the baby turns out not to be yours then you might feel like a chum. The only possible alternative ( and I am not sure if you would like that) is to have a legally binding agreement. First you would ask her if she is positive that the baby is yours and not someone else including any other guy you might not know about.If she says yes,then you would draw up an agreement to be notarized which would say something like" if DNA paternity tests confirm that the baby is yours ,she would owe you nothing. However,if the tests show that she lied and the baby is another man's baby,then she would have to repay you every penny you spent caring for her;she can collect from the actual father if she so desires".During her pregnancy you guys would keep a running tab of the expenses and the receipts would be signed by the two of you so there would be no future arguments about them. 3) This is the future state of any relationship .You did not say your current feelings for her(which is different from your justifiable anger and sense of betrayal) but it is tied in to number 1 and 2 above.You have to resolve that point whether you would be willing to forgive her and stay in the relatioship if that proves feasible.If it is, then you might want to reconsider all of what I have said. I am against some rodeo events, but not barrel racing and pole banding and stuff. We were given a choke chain, and I'm wary of it. Should I try it out?

I've had a choke chain on my puppy since he was 4 months old. It is the prong type for training German Shepherd and other big dogs. He is great with it. He learned in literally minutes not to pull. He does know the difference between his collars. If he has a regular one on he will still pull, but not with the choke chain. He is 6 months now and very well behaved when wearing it.

They say time heals but I still think of my cats all the time that aren't with me anymore. I know they say death comes in 3's and its a scary thought but try not to think about it. The best thing I can tell you is to make sure your animals are checked by a vet for diseases that can be spread to other animals. All indoor palm tree leaves turning brown?

I have a tall 5.5ft palm tree. All leaves are turning brown, including middle tender leaves. It is near east face window. At night, it gets light from recess lights in room. I water it 3 times a week. I used organic fertilizer (which is meant for herbs which smells bad) while potting. i noticed fungus like thing on the top soil. I am dusting the plant once a month. My Ipod randomly stops playing music?

While I'm playing a song, my Ipod may just stop playing music. Its an Ipod Touch 3rd Gen 32 GB MC model. When it does stop playing, the volume control just disappears and it won't reappear, unless I respring. Therefore, it is unable to produce any sound from earphones, portable speakers, or its internal speakers. Just be sure to change the filter regularly and I don't see any trouble with it. We used to co-sleep as well, but she has to sleep in her crib now that she is crawling, I didn't feel it was safe for her anymore. White noise helps my daughter settle back down quickly when she wakes in the middle of the night, she prefers the sound of the vacuum (goofy little thing!). Teething could definitely be the cause, my 7 month old is currently working on a top tooth coming in and she is up at least 3-5 times in the middle of the night.

1986 Bronco Starting Problems?

It is a great place. It's true that there is violence in some places but a lot of the time it is caused by idiot teenagers or gang members. It is bery possible to visit NZ and be safe as ever. I have lived in NZ my whole life and lived in Auckland for 10yrs+ and I feel very safe just about where ever I go. There are some places that you stay away from but all tourist areas are safe. I have traveled around the South Island and found everyone very friendly. I am currrently living in central North Island and it is so safe here that we leave the keys in the car and the house unlocked and open when we go out. NZ is a fantastic place to visit, so good that some people never leave, so don't take any notice of what the newspapers and news says, or what other people say, just come here and enjoy.

Anyone else get vivid dreams while pregnant? I am 11 weeks pregnant and just started getting them. Mine are so weird. I had two last night.
