1986 Bronco Starting Problems?

I have an 86 Bronco Fullsize that hesitates when it starts. What I mean is it struggles to turn over on the initial 2 turns and then cranks fine. In the past when it was started, it seemed to want to lunge forward when it was cranked although it was in park. I have a new battery, and everything else seems to be okay. Please give suggestions, I think I may have a problem.
