Please help should i stay goth or go emo?

ok i realy love the goth style i always wanted it but i kinda feel im emo inside and just want to expres my self witht he true me cuz im sensitive love emo music get caled a possy am a possy luv the color black and is obbsed with music does that sound emo?? if so should i start dresing it? ( no coment on bn aposer) but i realy am not a pooser i dont wanna dress emo but it so fits me i love the music and stuf so helpp!??!
