What can be done about our promiscuous society and the cheating that goes along with it?

All I hear now is about how so-and-so hooked up with so-and-so for the night, and how so-and-so is using so-and-so for a steady relationship and cheating on him/her constantly. No wonder trust is such a hard thing to attain in relationships nowdays. I am not even speaking from a religious mindset: I believe should be open to lovers, even outside of marriage; however, this is ridiculous. Love and don't even go in the same sentence together anymore. What do you think is the solution to this ongoing problem among America's youth?
