15 weeks pregnant and my stomach hurts when i eat?

i am 15 weeks pregnant and it physically hurts to eat im starving but when i eat my stomach feels like i ate rocks it is excrusiatingly painfull im afraid to eat my docs arent sure what it is. this is my second pregnancy i had same problem with my last pregnancy but the pain was gone by the secont trimester
