Since Dems won't allow any expansion to energy exploration, how high will prices go?

About $8.00 a gallong if it hits $200. Clearly, as China, Iandia and other nations become more industrial, they will increase the demand, but not the supply. Alternative energies are needed, but there will be a transition period where oil will still be the main source, and if we do not start drilling now, it will be a hard 10 to 20 years . I can't beleive how stupid Obama and the dems are being, they either want high prices to help them win the white house, or they are just plain stupid, probably a little of both.
