Don't stop calling the police when it gets out of hand, if the police notice they get called to that house often they may fine them. Keep in mind the time of day, if it's mid afternoon and no one is trying to sleep it's less disruptive in a policemans eye. Does the neighbour on the other side of this family complain as well? keep it up with the tickets blocking your driveway, good job.
